A grey day, the sky was fighting rain for most of it. It did mean that it was hot and muggy though which gets really uncomfortable.... I hope it is not a sign of things to come.
Today I was happy about:
- Getting nearly all the housework done..... the dining table has nothing but my camera and a bowl of fruit on it. The house feels almost normal again..... just have to make sure the cats keep it that way.
- Walking through the Pan Pacific Peace Gardens. I am not sure that it is somewhere I would go again, at least not until there has been some heavy rain to clean out the stagnant water. There were police cars at the entrance with police taking photos.... that was a bit disconcerting as I walked through, especially since some of the paths are overgrown. Got a shock when I nearly stood on a snake..... The walk was good though and much needed.
- Getting yet another product to try and do something about my skin...... it is absolutely awful at the moment. At least this one leaves it feeling clean so fingers crossed.
