A good day..... tiring, though after two nights of worse than bad sleep it is only to be expected. I resisted the temptation to crash out this afternoon which was probably a good thing and hopefully it will be enough to see me right tonight.
Today I was happy about:
- A mass of corellas having a field day eating the seeds of my golden wattle tree...... there must've been about 15 of them.
- Intense training session........ow!!
- Lunch and a chat with Dad......... told him that I am still thinking of shifting back.
