Do one thing each and every day for the good of my body, 1 thing for my soul and 1 thing for my heart.
Day 9 and I think maybe we might be getting somewhere...... or at least in the right mind set to begin getting somewhere.
Body: Decided that I have to get serious about my eating habits.... the what I eat is generally not so bad but I tend to nibble and then if I do eat something 'bad' it is all the more noticeable. Holidays are really bad for my diet as I have no routine. Today I decided to get my portion control sorted.... I got my head around what a standard serving size should be so now I have to put that into practice.
Soul: Walking in the botanical gardens, inhaling the sweet wisteria and marveling at the magnolias..... calm and clear headed.
Heart: Spent time with a beautiful soul..... off loaded the little things from my birthday that really bit hard. Shared something I created and decided that I am worthy of dreaming my dreams
