Do one thing each and every day for the good of my body, 1 thing for my soul and 1 thing for my heart.
Day 12 and a slow day, a day that I was unsure if I would achieve any of these.... I am probably stretching things a bit with them but here goes.
Body: A walk in the park in town, not brilliant but a walk none the less. I was supposed to go to the gym with a friend late in the afternoon but she cancelled at the last minute..... I almost went on my own but didn't feel like being cooped up inside so I decided to walk through the park instead.
Soul: The noise of all the birds surrounding me through the day, after such a quiet day yesterday with the dust storms it was uplifting to hear them back to normal.
Heart: Knowing what deep love should be...... even if it is elusive.
Half an hour daily reading done......... and very much enjoyed (2 days down!)
