Do one thing each and every day for the good of my body, 1 thing for my soul and 1 thing for my heart.
Day 4 and we are still going, I still need to get a bit more proactive about this goal, I am still finding that I am thinking about it after the event. Though if it follows the same progression as my daily gratitude lists it will be like this for a month or so, then it will become where I tend to notice things in the moment and think that I shall have to include that for today. I hope that this one moves beyond that and that I am able to decide (and stick to) things, particularly as far as my body is concerned at the beginning of the day.
Body: Sleep, sound sleep. It is not something I can control terribly well but last night I only woke up a couple of times and they were brief. The important thing is that I woke up and felt like I had slept and the day was brand new.
Soul: Noticing the sunrise again. It has been a few weeks since I really looked at it. Today's was fabulous....... bright but misty.
Heart: Absolutely bursting with pride at a friends finished project...... just thinking about it through the day brought me so many, many smiles.
