Do one thing each and every day for the good of my body, 1 thing for my soul and 1 thing for my heart.
Day 6 and I feel like this one is sinking fast and is never going to recover. I love the idea, I love the goal.......but it just reminds you of what you miss in so many ways. Maybe I should just do body and soul. I honestly don't think I can get anywhere with the heart.....for the heart to be whole anything you give out has to be returned in some form.
Body: A short walk to the park, both morning and evening with some stretches on the floor. There was also some indulgence at the work morning tea.
Soul: Not sure if it fits, but I went out of my way to help a supply teacher make his long public transport trip home easier.
Heart: I can't think of anything I did that would fall into this category.
