A public holiday, so not having to go to work was a charm.........having to stay at the 'puter doing my report cards was certainly not a charm. I went and saw Dad for a bit, doubt it will be too long before he gets a healthy dose of cabin fever, stuck in that bland room.
Today I was happy about:
- People flying kites at the park as I drove to the hospital. I often forget that there is a massive open space there as I don't go by it very often. It looked like a great way to spend the afternoon.
- A massive full moon slung low in the sky as I was driving home. I tried to get some photos but they didn't turn out, not stable enough and not enough night time practice.
- Getting a few chores done, laundry and changing the sheets on the bed (look forward to jumping into crisp sheets tonight). A bit of washing being thrown on the line....... with Hamish's help.
