One of those days when there is only one mantra....... 'for f'ks sake'.........it simply just never ends........ never ends at all. Just when you have come up for air you get pushed back under.
Today I was happy about:
- A walk after work.... with my colleagues. We are going for a walk in the local area with the kids in the morning but we took a quick tour of the route. It was good company and made me feel not quite so bad about my lack of gym attendance.
- My book arrived today, nice to finally get it. I am a disappointed in some of my photos, they haven't come out as well as I hoped.
- Tomorrow is Friday
