A funny old day. It started well with a lovely chat with a friend before work, then a bit of a issue, then a great walk, then a rough session............just up and down all day. Fortunately it is ending on a positive note and that is really all that I can ask for, that when the sun goes down things are ok, no matter what has happened through the day.
Today I was happy about:
- Getting out of the school grounds for a walk with the kids, they enjoyed it even though we had many grumbles along the way.
- A colleague who allowed me to vent my severe annoyance, who saw my point and agreed. Just to be able to get it out of my system before the weekend was cathartic. Neither of us are in a position to make changes but at least it will leave my days off alone.
- A great PT session..... I feel so good after a great work out, yet I struggle to get there on my own.... even knowing that I will feel better for it. Instead I just get to beat myself up for not going.
