A much better day than the last week. I still had massive headache and general aches in my shoulders when I woke up so I called in sick. I am so glad I did, I went back to bed and slept till 10am which is really unusual for me. I feel much better for it though, still tired and worn out but not hurting like I was all weekend. I doubt I would've made it through the work day.
Today I am happy about:
- A fabulous friend who simply allows me to be me and patiently puts up with it. It is something that is fairly new for me, there has always been at least some element of having a front to hide behind. I am so grateful that he has let me find a bit more of me again, it is scary at times and while I trust him completely, I don't always trust myself.
- That I have an airconditioner in my bedroom. It is summer weather with a week of winter to go, from electric blanket to airconditioning in the same night. I am dreading the summer.
- I had an email telling me that my book was in the mail.....
