A really, really cold day......... unbelievable, so very hard to get warm at all. It looks like it is set in for a while, though at least it comes with bright blue skies. All the enthusiasm that the kids showed yesterday seems to have fallen by the wayside and they were on the ultimate go slow today.Today I am happy about:
- My usually long pointless staff meeting was short and useful...... why can't they all be like that?
- The first of my bulbs has flowered which was a lovely surprise to come home to, and the plants I put in on the weekend seem to be surviving for now.
- I got all the information I needed to apply for my long service leave. Now it feels real, so I guess I had better start saving in a big way.
