A rough day..... simply that. Going through the motions at work meant that at least the hours passed by. And now I am sitting here desperately trying to find something to put into the gratitude journal for today........ surely there has to be something. I often feel like I am scraping the bottom of the barrel.........but today I can't even do that.Today I was happy about:

- I would say the internet but the reality is that I just sit in front of the screen for hours on end pretending that it means that I have a life, a focus.
