Another day that started ok but that yucky almost flu was back in the early afternoon. I was reminded that the amount of noise a classroom can hold is not proportional to the number of kids in it… I had 10 kids away today and they were just as noisy as ever.
Today I was happy about:
- A close visit from a galah this morning, he sat in one of the trees and had a big old chat with me.
- Took my camera to work and the kids and I had a fabulous time exploring different parts of the school grounds. I got a great snap of two of them working (but can’t post it). We found some birds nesting in one of the undercover areas, they watched with fascination as one was repairing the nest ready for the spring.
- Fabulous postcard from a fabulous friend.
- A couple of words that lead to a whole string of them finding their places.
- Easy, can’t be bothered dinner, that tasted great because of the lack of effort that I had to put into it.
