Friday 17th July

A day without pictures, for the first time in ages I didn't get a snap for the day. I didn't realise until I was writing this post just how much it had become part of my daily routine, now it feels like sometihing is missing.

Today I was happy about:

• Productive school day. I still have a lot of kids away, that haven't returned from the holidays which means that next week is likely to be a bit of a nightmare as they have to settle back in.

• Good first session with my new PT. Possibly a little on the easy side but he has to guage what I can do despite any complainig I might have ;) I nearly fainted when he said he wanted me to do push ups........ but I managed it. I decided to call in at my parents place after............. that put a bit of a downer on the afternoon.
